Align Clinic is concerned with the
design, function, and fitting of custom and pre-fabricated orthoses, which are
devices that help support or correct musculoskeletal deformities. Here at Align
Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to all
of our patients, based on our combined 60 years of experience. We treat each
patient as an individual and not as a number. Below are a few of the services
and products we offer.
Foot Orthotics (FO) – Custom shoe inserts used to treat plantar
fasciitis, flat feet, pes cavus, and other conditions. These are fabricated from plaster molds of
each patient’s feet.
Ankle Foot Orthoses (AFO) – Extends
from below the knee to the end of the foot for the treatment of foot drop and
other ankle deformities. We also provide Arizona type AFOs if indicated.
Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses (KAFO) – Extends from the thigh to the end of the foot with or without joints at
the knee and ankle used to treat post-polio, muscle weakness, knee
hyperextension, and other conditions.
Hip Knee Ankle Foot Orthoses (HKAFO) – Connected by a hip band, this orthosis extends from the hip
joint to the end of the foot; sometimes prescribed for post-polio, paraplegia,
etc.
Knee Orthoses (KO) – Custom
unloader braces for treatment of osteoarthritis and ACL or MCL injury; knee
immobilizers; post-op knee braces with range of motion joint control
Pediatric Orthoses – Specializing
in orthoses for children with lower extremity orthotic needs, including
cerebral palsy, hypertonia, hypotonia, etc.
Spinal Orthoses – Custom TLSOs
for vertebrae fractures and other spinal ailments, LSOs, hyperextension braces,
and lumbosacral corsets. We also specialize in scoliosis braces, including Boston
Braces, Milwaukee Braces, Charleston Bending Braces, and the Wood Cheneau Rigo
Brace.
Cervical Orthoses – Soft and
rigid cervical collars for all types of neck injuries. Cervical orthoses with thoracic extension are
also available.
Shoulder Orthoses – Abduction stabilizer, subluxation inhibitor
Hip Orthoses – Abduction braces to
stabilize hip joints
Fracture Orthoses – Easy to
apply humeral, ulnar, femoral, tibial fracture braces to facilitate healing of
fractures
